Challenges with Magnolia ;0)

Hi Crafty Bloggers

How are we all ? have you had a right royal weekend ! Well the sun is just peeking through the clouds today ! and I have been colouring with Distress Inks again ! I have made a wee box pocket card ;0)

I have chosen two sweet Magnolia's , Tilda with blue blanket and Tilda with Teddybear ! I have coloured them so much due to the cuteness factor lol !

Top Tip - When colouring with distress ink pads / reinkers it's all about just having the right amount of water on your brush/water pen !! Too much it runs everywhere not enough it is to dry to apply ! I use kitchen paper to always dab of the excess and always test the colour on a spare bit of watercolor paper !! Still practicing lol !!

I have used Victorian Velvet Distress ink to colour her to match these stunning papers from Kaisercraft ! I made the box from a tutorial you can find here. I adjusted the size to make it bigger ;0)

Here is the card out of the box with the other cutie !!

I have used the Magnolia Heart Tag die added some scraps of these beautiful papers. I stamped Kaisercraft Bonjour butterflies with rich cocoa memento ink and embossed with Ranger super fine embossing powder and added Kaisercraft Bling Rhinestones !! So Pretty ;0)

Here is a shot of the other side to write a sentiment in !

I just layered strips of the papers and card behind the circles I had left from cutting the frames !!

Lastly a shot to see the box !!

I really enjoyed making this just might have to make another one lol !! It's just big enough for a voucher or a bar of chocolate ! Yummy ;0)  .This is for sale on eBay with other creations if you want to check it out ;0). I am saving up for copics as have not tried them yet lol ;0)

I would like to enter my cuties into the following super challenges !!
